1960's Bosch washing machine with keyplates

There is a wonderful Bosch WVA5 for sale on the German eBay small ads site, a washing machine with keyplates from the 1960's.

Keyplates

Lovely washer Louis, similar keyplates to the sloping front Hoover keymatics with the grooves, am assuming these would use the German company Holzer timers as did the Hoovers...

interesting, we need more technical knowledge on how these timers work as if faults developed in the home they where just swapped out and returned to manufacturer for like for like return !!

I asked the expert, and he confirmed the timer on the Bosch was made by Holzer.
