Hello.
Rich and I managed to do the drive to Oakland, we left sunday, and arrived home last night at 10:30 pm, 15 hours drive, made worse with my having developed pneumonia once again on the way down to Oakland. Did not make for the most pleasant road trip that we had hoped for.
Its not fully installed yet, but after waiting 30 years to see it in action, I had to get it up and running when we got home to Yakima, so just did a temp wire job and manually filled the machine up to see how it ran.
Video is not the best, but we will try to get another one made as soon as possible, and yes, the machine was in fact never used or installed, all manuals, instructions, racks, are all in pristine condition, not a mark on the inside of the cabinet. THere is one scratch on the top of the machine tho, thats the only issue it has that we have found so far. It is also the larger 10 place setting machine, will be scanning the manual and installation instructions when I get home to Burnaby in the next few days when I am able to drive on my own.
This puppy roars when running, will have to adjust the screen baffle to get it to go further down the window, and as well put a new strip of foam under the door for a seal, after 50 years the old foam deteriorated into powder.
Rich will continue the thread for me, as I will be taking a hiatus from being on line till I manage to get feeling back to normal again.
Chris
