Was at a customers' house on Monday fixing the washer. In her dining room was a 1961 Rock Ola jukebox loaded with 45's. She said she hasn't been able to find parts for it. I told her I would ask on here, since we have jukebox experts here as well. Rick..........Jason...........where are you?????????

Juke box giving you fits??

Well.... If I can't fix it myself... I call the best jukebox repairman in the world, and let him fix it. Mr. Know-It All himself DA! DA! DA!! HAROLD HAGEN!! of Seattle Washington. I found him several years ago through "Always Jukin" publication. He rebuilt the 1939 Mills Empress amp a couple years ago for me,and has done work on my Seeburg as well. Here is a link to his web site.

Juke Repair

Hi,

I agree, Dr. Know-it-all, Harold Hagen is the best. He is also in Seattle and this juke is on the east coast. There are several restorers on the east coast who advertise in Always Jukin. Some of the ads are posted on their website. Also, there is usually one person in most major metro areas who has a juke route and they are a repair person or know of one. You can usually find them under jukebox in the yellow pages.

If you want to attempt any diagnosis/repairs yourself, buy the service manuals. Always Jukin sells them on their website.

Part needed? Or service?

While Harold has never made a service call to my home in Indiana,he has had me send him the defective parts via UPS after diagnosis via email,or phone call. He is also a parts source, and I thought the juke owner was looking for parts as per the way the original post was written.
Whatever way, getting the classic juke working is the important issue. I do know I can trust Harold.
