1969 a retro/ repro of an early 1900's stove. Made by sears called the country kitchen .made to look old but work like a modern new for 1969. Its in very good condition. Everything works except clock which is fixible. It currently hooked up to inspect.Needs very little to make perfect .. Great if you want for retro style kitchen.

I would think a gas model would pull off the retro look a little better.  This is truly an oddball, but there's probably an application for it out there somewhere.

Those clock dials must be really convenient to set placed down low like that. I wonder if there is a fold out kneeler hidden under the range.

That "upper story" was optional, if memory serves. I think the catalog photo always showed the range with it installed, but unless I'm having ein brainfahrt (which could happen), the base model was like the one pictured here.

My Uncle...

Bought one new like this in 1968, he kept it in storage until the early 80s, then built a summer home in West Yellowstone Montana and put it in there, he sold the house in the late 90s and so went the stove.
