I bought one a month or two ago. I had to take the door off of the laundry room to get it in. Took all of about a minute and a half to accomplish. No big deal.

My wife loves the thing. It's huge. Whole house of laundry done in a little more than an hour, once a week.

Tonight we watched a TV show while the thing did my son's Cal-king, thick comforter. We actually had enough room to do ours at the same time if we had wanted.

It's quiet, works great, and no issues. What would y'all like to know about it?

they are fu**ing beautiful but.... Are they good? How long would they last (the best question could be how "short" would they last?)

How many drops of water it uses on the maximum level?

They are indeed gorgeous. I suppose Samsung has figured out that you really CAN polish a turd. But I'm sure their reputation for short-lived machines would have the hinge pins in my utility room door worn out.
