Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

i would not use a dishwasher

that only rinsed once. that's why i like my older model kitchenaids, 3 after rinses! and on my machines that only rinse twice i always give them a third anyway.

I prefer to have at least two, preferably three rinses

because of backwash water from the main wash. Why should anyone have to lose options that should be the choice of the consumer, not the manufacturer?Whirlpool has done the same thing with their agitator washers taking away free choice of water temperature. You get no warm rinse option and, when you select a hot wash, the thermostat they have included ads cold water to the hot wash selection making it a warm ,not hot, wash.Somebody needs to take them to court for taking away the consumer's choice of wash and rinse temperatures and calling a warm wash hot. That's a bald face lie. When I select a hot wash,I want hot water, not warm.It makes no f****ing sense to have control of water temperature given to the top loaders and putting a booster for higher wash temperature in front loaders.LET ME CHOOSE, NOT THE MANUFACTURERS,THE WATER TEMPERATURES I WANT."Whirlpool makes a HARDER way to face a busy day"

Laundromat, so very true, i had forgotten, what it was like to see steam. Now that i have DC Tags, the steam just rolls :-)... Strange thing about the Kenmores from a year or so ago, on warm, they do not seem to "mix" for warm, but alternate between hot/cold. To me if you are washing in warm, you need to load after the fill, to avoid this alternate boil/freeze. I have no idea what they were thinking. One of my Maytags has w/w, i am looking fwd to that this winter, no more ice water. alr2903
