A Question from a previous find

Hi all, this is a little off topic so my apologies up front. When I went on a previous run to pick up a washer I ended up bringing home a Kenmore Range from the mid 80's I'd guess for free. After getting it home everything worked and it cleaned up great BUT I can't locate a new control panel. The controls behind it are good, but the paint on the actual panel has melted off from someone removing the laminate. I know there are a LOT of appliance guys out there and I was just wondering if anyone would know where to look like a small shop somewhere or even maybe if someone has a stove like that. I've seen a lot of these stoves, they were very common a few years ago so hopefully parts are still around in some capacity. I included a pic and I have the model and serial if needed as well. My old GE range is falling apart and this would make a great addition to the Kenmore kitchen.
