Advice on Neptune MAH4000

My loved Neptune has developed a burning smell during spin . :-(
What should it be?
-Lack of motor waxing?
-Worn out bearing that allows the basket to spin off-center, rubbing against the gasket?
-Burnt component in the board?
Any clue?
Down here I don’t find parts for replacement... and I really wanted to save it...
