An August Washday

Seeing as it's the time of year for line drying, let's have another washing line thread .

This was the lot I got done yesterday - load of whites, load of darks, and 2 loads of bedding. All drying nicely away in the sun, with the freshness of blue Comfort!

Beautiful Wash

I have been trying to get stuff out on the lines for the past month, and every wash day, I have had drizzle to contend with. Portland is in one of its cloudy, spitting rain phases and I'm glad that we have the dryer.

Wish us some sunshine here in the Pacific Northwest, and I will join you.
