A major fire has been caused by one the dryers that are part of the Hotpoint recall.

Took 120 firefighters to put out, that's crazy.

and many could have been injured or worse. Appliances should be safe in the home, but dryer fires can and do happen often. Not vacuuming lint from the dryer exhaust plenum and ducts at least every 6 months increases the risk.
