Another small wash party was held this past weekend in Peoria

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Mike - sorry I wasn't able to attend. Looks like you guys had a blast! Would love to have seen the James. I know of one locally but I need to look more into it.

AND - great job on the plumbing! We need to get you set up with a float switch in the sink to automatically turn on the pump when a set level of water is filled in the sink.

Oh Mikey, my mistake. Sorry!

Your GE pump set-up is far far superior to any gravity drain. I read every word of your most generous thread. I meant to say that I thought you drained by gravity like your Mom did before your brother Jay "hooked you up." Knew you had no floor drains. Figured you used a bucket or had the machine outside or in the garage. Pumps are always more fun than gravity. When my First Hoover's pump failed, I rigged up the drain system to a Craftsman pump from Sears. What fun that was.

I was away for a while. Do you have other threads that show your stuff. I see you have an Easy, one of the best machines ever made. I love them! her's my baby; I'd die without her ;'D

Thanks Al. Photos immediatly above don't show new additions of a 1947 Bendix washer that I bought from Ben last month, the 1956 Frigidaire Dishwasher, and the 1974 Frigidaire 1-18.

MIkey, I hope it snows all weekend :->

'cause I'll sure be busy with all of this. Already checked out the Electric Sink and Poppy Red thread from Gregm of Maine--couldn't resist. It was wonderful! Aren't Greg's finds amazing? I got a few machines from him that were immaculate. Did you see his green & bronze 1930's mint Easy? I see you bought a truck to get your New England stuff. If he ever parts with his Easy, I'll try to rent a plane....chuckle chuckle

Thanks so much for the catch up. Grateful Appreciation. Extreme gratitude.

Looks like a fun time!

I'm so envious of you guys, living in close proximity to one another, to get together like you do! I'm sure you had a great time. I'm also totally jealous of all that SPACE! It would be fantastic to have a basement to truly indulge my collecting "addiction".
