I made some ANDREW FUDGIES Today a fav treat when I was a child Oh what a treat! Here it is make some today and enjoy a taste of the past!
ANDREW FUDGIES
2/3 c. oil
3/4 c. cocoa
Add another 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cold water (from refrigerator)
1 c. chocolate chips (save)
1 c. nuts (save)
Put all ingredients, except chips and nuts, in a large bowl and mix well. Beat until smooth. Pour in ungreased baking pan, 9 x 13 inch or 13 x 7 inches. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake for approximately 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
