Hi Bob RE:Gus Saunders'

Hi Bob,

Gus had a radio show in the North East But I was told it was countrywide for a while, People would call in to his show and give Recipes and the listener would write them down. After some time He wrote all the recipes in a book and would sell them very cheap to all the listeners. My Mother who was a a big fan of his show and had like 35 steno books filled as well as she bought every cook book he sold

She had left them to me before her passing as she said "to put them to good use"
So I thought what better use than to share them with People who love to cook.

I hope that you make them soon to enjoy!

Easy Does It
Mike
