It is possibly a list of organizations like Free Cycle, Salvation Army, St Vincent de Paul, and various used appliance shops.
Also,the seller's feedback rating was in the 80s, which is not a super sign.
Of course, I could be cruelly maligning a fine person, but I have doubts.

That list leads you to sellers who will need your Federal Tax ID number in good standing before they will open their doors to you AND you will need to purchase multiple machines at once with cash. Then its "THE REAL DEAL".

I wouldn't say it's a scam. He thinks people are dumb enough to want to buy this information.I see it didn't work,at least this time.
