Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I saw those the other day on the Asko site, it seems like a novel idea, and better than the 90cm wide machines that Smeg made a few years back. I'm not sure how much demand there is for such a thing, except perhaps in small businesses or for people with very large families.

Interesting concept, a dedicated machine for washing these items... GE and Bosch offer some flexibility in their TOL machines for removing racks, etc. to accomodate large pans and such but with two machines, you could really clean up quick. KitchenAid had utility/utensil cycles with a standard wash cycle and a shortened drying cycle and instructed the user to wash away any residual food soils after the cycle. I guess they saw it more as a power-soak than a true "they're clean put them away" feature.

I really liked my Asko dishwasher - my parents have it now. I always thought it did a great job on utensils because of the higher heat cycles.

OH.MY.GOD. My fantasy dishwasher has materialized!! How cool is that? I'd love (and would certainly use) a double-dishwasher, but I just refuse to give up a cupboard.

I like that one is designed especially for cookware.

Cool.

now that a dw ......

I have read appliances are getting bigger to fill up some space in those McMansions. this would fill up some undercounter space wouldnt it? and a nice usable idea.
