The Aug. 71 also has canadian reports and some cool pics. including one of a Canadian GE oversudsing (my favorite), Lint filters from a Whirlpool, Westinghouse LA460M, Lid openings on a maytag and canadian sears and talks about problems they encountred with a Hamilton, Wizard, Kelvinator, Gibson. Also include pics of wash rags on a Frigidaire and a Speed Queen Comapring tube size. The Jan. 71 issue is a "once over" about the Skinny Mini. The gave it a so-so rating, and it broke down them while testing...

By that time Hamilton, Wizard, Kelvinator, Gibson were Franklin transmission machines. Hmmm.. says alot about that style of mechanism.
