Avocado GE washer, dryer, and stove

Nice! It’s amazing to me to find a GE set still together these days. They would’ve had to have little use or a great service person but probably a combination of both.

Oh wow - a sweet find.  Would love to see a pic of the stove.  The dryer is gas.

Even though the dryer is gas, I'd still take it in a heart beat.

They're beautiful.

 

This is in a small town in the middle of the state.  It was probably a retirement home and the party ...went to nursing home years ago....and we know the rest.

I'll bet it hasn't been used in a decade.

Those look like 1973 "N" models. Sweet, indeed.

You only get half credit.  "N" models were 1972 models, and I agree that they are probably N models.

I’d love to have these! I’ve had to involuntary let 3 1972 73 gold and avocado ge’s slip through my hands. The sellers will message me a few times and then I guess get on my Facebook profile and see that most of the times I’m 7 hours away? it jus sucks bc they think I’m bs them! I’m goin to message them anyway!

Well I found out the dryer is gas an I can’t use it and he wouldn’t sell just the washer. I hated to have to split the set as well if I did get it! Hope someone from the group can save these!
