Avocado WP Washer & Gas Dryer $75 (San Jose)

Nice looking, I think.  They'll even throw in an avocado step stool chair (see ad pix).

 

Washer needs a pump.  Easy enough to find.  Nice dryer model with full width downward opening door.

When I created the thread about my Maytag A606 and DG606, someone mentioned that this must be the year for avocado green, and this IS the year for avocado green since a lot of avocado appliances have pooped up for sale.

I hope someone saves these. I'm not a big fan of the neutral drain, but if I were to get a whirlpool, I think this would be the one for me!

They remind me so much of the set my grandparents had in their master-bathroom. They may have used the washer & dryer when my grandparents first bought their trailer, but the last 2 decades that I know, of them living there, they didn't use the green washer & dryer set that was hooked up in their bathroom. Nana had a white washer hooked up outside and hung clothes up in the backyard, on the clothesline.
And I'm pretty sure the green washer & dryer were WHIRLPOOLS? But at the time, I didn't pay much attention to them.
