Something is up with the freezer storage.  No pull-out basket in the cavity and no in-door storage at all.  This seems odd for their TOL model.

 

I'm also puzzled by the grille at the bottom.  It's not there in the shot with the freezer door open, but it appears to be there when the door is closed.  The one I looked at a couple of months ago had a solid kick plate.

 

These run very quietly, but they take up a lot more room in back than the average fridge, which can be a deal-breaker when space is at a premium.

 

Pix are of the freezer storage on the one I checked out.  The second picture posted sideways.  For those who might be wondering, that fridge wouldn't cool much below 50F so I passed.
