well I looked at the Bendix today.The timer is was seized i fixed that but the motor is seized also.The rubber is all good especially the door gasket.the machine has no rust as it was in a dry basement still sitting on its cement block.The people told me it came with the house when they bought it 5 years ago which was built 1949 so I am guessing that is the year of the machine.I am going to have to figure out how to unseize the motor as I have never torn into one of these before.Best of all the drum bearing is good.I dont think this machine has been run in 30 or 40 years.Should be interesting....any suggestions?

Zoom Spout.
Zoom Spout Turbine oil will be your friend. I unseized a motor on a DE306 with it.
