Bob- I was thinking how small I must have been looking up to a washer with wooden rollers that my mom turned by hand to squeeze out the water afer it washed. I don't remember what the brand was, but I could barely reach the handle that enabled the two rollers to squeeze out the water. I cannot imagine, if you were small at the time, what this Bendix looked like to you as a kid....it's HUGE. Anyway, our small worlds made such an impression...forever.
Good luck Bendixmark, with freeing it up. It's a beast of a machine, to me, but there are way bigger washers, of course.
