Yeah, it's a circa 1960 GE dryer. Lawrence (Pulltostart) should be able to tell exactly.

1962 GE dryer, maybe a DA-720W (panel on pedestals, foot pedal door opener).

A playmate down the street from me, his mom had that exact dryer. It just had a push down to start long rectangle button. The washer they had was a GE FFlo with turquoise vertical buttons for hot/warm wash water selection and a water saver siwtch. The filter stream entered at the 12 o'clock position. It had the signature GE brake noise at end of spin. Timer dial was also same shade as the slider switches on the panel.

She's a 1962 GE Model DA-720W.  I once owned one of these, then sold it to a fellow club member as I prepared to move to Mobile.

 

Previously I also owned the matching washer, Model WA-750WA.  It also is now in the hands of another club member.

That's OUR GE DA-720W. First GE dryer we ever owned. Very boring unit; no buttons or whistles but it had a lighted drum, a pedal-operated door, Automatic cycles that were never used by anyone else in the house but me and they seemed to go on forever. What can I say? It dried very fast on the TIMED cycles, was quiet, easy to use and never failed once in 16 years. Both washer and dryer were working when we sold the house (although the mate, a WA-750W lost its SLOW speed sometime in the Sixties).
