Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

I had one very similar.....

....but had the switches, not buttons, for the water temperature and water levels. Great machines....washed like a dream and the Filter Flo got all the lint and pet hair better than anything else I've had.

I see them pop up on Craigslist from time to time....they usually still work fine (very little to go wrong) and they're priced at typically $50 or less.

WOW...now thats basic...my mom's V12 was basic.....one cycle, one speed, 2 selectors washwater HOT or WARM (warm rinse for both) and half or full load size......

and even though I have machines with every cycle and speed and button and light....I still only use NORMAL cycle, warm wash, cold rinse....Back to the basics...wish I kept that machine....who knew

one thing I liked about her machine was it would wash with the lid open, but you had to close it to spin, so if you set the machine for wash, and leave the lid up, you had a semi-automatic SOAK cycle, and then close the lid to resume...
