British Vacuum Cleaner & Engineering Company Spinner

Looking around a local site today and found this poor lonely spinner in amongst the modern shite.

I have never seen or heard of this company before, the spinner was in a terrible state, it had been repaired in many ways over the years, i didnt take it because of its condition, i managed to remove the rating plate though

it is terrible state, the lid hinge has been replaced with a home made hinge and rivetted on, wooden blocks as feet, hand painted dents an rust
