hah Im just in Sturgis, I would love to see your collection as I cant have one (live in a tiny trailor) Maybe we could meet sometime. IM free most Sunday afternoons and useually Thursday tho that will change a bit as summer comes up.

you are really close-might have to visit next time i am in
sturgis and have free time.Also need to check all the used
stores, Etc.for any possible washer scores to add to fleet
"only"have 9 so far LOL.Also i always go to the steam+gas
threshing bee every 3rd weekend in august.

maybe we should plan a day of shopping those stores together..lol... I hooked up one of our members with a pink westy dryer from Spearfish once.I wanted it myself but alas I have no room for a collection. I LOVE the thresshing bee and try to go myself every year however it always sneaks up on me and when it does I dont have the time to get the time off from work.If you want you could call me at a number with a pre fix of the town just ten miles south of you followed by 8100.Id love to hear from you. ...Lee

threshing bee

this year i will try to remind you about the threshing bee
when it gets close-besides the antique Ca.1910 laundry eqp.
in the barn,it's common to see old maytag wringers(sometimes
other brands)with the little gas engines put-putting away-
often you will see a collection of just the engines,usually
maytag with a few briggs.
I'll call you when i'm free at a decent hour-what is the
general area of sturgis you are located at?
i've also gone to a few concerts at the chip during the cycle
ralley-including def leppard in 1999.

Im near Pamida. Id love to hear from you. I start most of my days around 8 am, at work most hours till 10 but its ok to call any time really. I only know one other BF number so if yours comes up with an 892 Ill surly call you back. My travels for the next two days will start in Spearfish so if youre over there early we could meet. Otherwise Saturday is coming up. Its a beautiful day for a walk in the fish hatchery and park. Just let me know. a visit to the fish hatchery sounds like a good idea-when the
weekend gets close and i have an idea of what i will be doing
will contact to arrange meeting-might also grab a few more
washers at the junkyard to examine/strip,possibly fix if in
decent enough shape.
You might see me in one of these cars:
-black/red/silver '82 z28
-maroon '81 porsche 928
-blue '89 dodge raider(it's a lot like an early,Ca.1965-75
ford bronco
-dark green 1971 saab 99
if you are a car "gearhead"you will like to look over these
cars especially the z28.
