Cascade: The poor reviews are comical

So I was on the Cascade website and happened to look at the reviews. As we would all expect, 90+% are horrible....absolutely no improvements from when they first reformulated. I would hate to be working in their customer response center...

I laughed at the comparison photos (Cascade vs. store-brand) they posted. Although the Cascade washed knife does not have rust stains, I would not consider the streaks and smudges acceptable performance.

Fortunate to have found four more boxes of Cascade with phosphates. Will probably switch to Bubble Bandit or Finish Quantum when that eventually runs out.

Currently using cascade complete tabs. It's been washing circles around the finish quantum. Washing with a Bosch here.

Cascade Complete gel with bleach

I don't know if they still make this but I have an old bottle of this stuff from 1 year ago and since I rotate detergents every week I used this gel Cascade this week.  It does not contain phosphates but it has performed very well.  No left over dirt and such everything is clean and shinny even it there is a bit of left over scent in the clean dishes.

I saw a commercial last night on tv and it was for cascade and they said that they are coming out with a formula for the northeastern u.s. Maybe someone looked at the type of water we have up here and are making adjustments for this. Will be interesting to see how this performs when it comes out.

I'm using Cascade Complete pacs and getting excellent results, but I have very soft water so results may vary depending on water conditions. Washing with a 2008 LG.
