There's some similar sh&& going on with AirB&B where the listings are synthetic...an awful example in Toronto recently went viral where a family moved into a rental condo to find that the entire rest of the building is hot-bedded AirB&B.
Interesting they're still addressing the subject. I've seen a piece from a few years ago that mostly involved a refrigerator.
