Chambers Stove/ Oven

I have a 40s or 50s Chambers Range for sale, but before I sell it I would like to do some repairs to it. How would I go about finding the date this thing was made? Is there parts still available for it? If anyone on here knows, I would greatly appreciate your knowledge on this piece.

You may send them photos with clear sites of the entire range,oven,burners,clock,dials,..,etc. They can rebuild, reporcelain, replace burners,grates,thermostats,burner androgen dials,clock and oven control dials. Anything to bring them back to brand new.
