WooHoo! Short ribs are some thing that you don't see cooked a lot, but they're SO GOOD!!

I'd be interested to see your risotto recipe as it looks like it might be a bit different from the ones I've seen before (oh, and might you divulge those "few other flavors" you eluded to???!!!).
