This came from the Nancy Welch Show from Spartanburg SC., Her show along with the Betty Feezor show was ALWAYS watched at our house,.Its VERY simple, but good.I sent Nancy Welch an Email a few months back telling her how much she inspired me to cook as a child, and received a very nice reply. a real classy lady
1 stick margarine
1 package Pepperidge Farm CORN BREAD dressing mix..,
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
4 large chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, boiled
In 9x13 dish ,melt margarine,sprinkle half of stuffing on bottom,Mix 1 cup broth with can of cream of mushroom soup,pour over stuffing, spread chopped chicken over top, Mix other cup of broth with cream of chicken soup, pour over chicken, top with remainder of stuffing,350 for 45 minutes.
