Chocolate Gravy!!!

Here is something you ain,t getting nowhere but in the south honey!!
Chocolate Gravy
2 tbsp cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
dash salt
1/4 cup hot water 1 cup milk
mix dry ing. in saucepan, add hot water cook on low heat till dissolved,add milk,cook till boils and thickens,serve over hot biscuits, this here is so good it will make your tongue slap your brains out,as my Granny used to say!

That is healthy,!!!! and certainly never cook without the three food groups..Fat Sugar and Cholesterol!!!!

....a good old ganache...

125g dark eating chocolate
80ml cream....

Melt
mix
warm
pour
enjoy!

Basically, provided you have 3/5 : 2/5 by weight of chocoalte to cream, you're fine....

Perfect over warmed chocolate cake, vanilla ice-cream, waffles or anywhere you want chocolate......keep it clean!

It's a Mexican thing iirc. Many years ago a Mexican friend of ours had emigrated to Calgary. He invited us over for dinner and the course was pork with a chocolate sauce he said was a very common dish there. It was very good and not at all sweet like you would be thinking it was going to be.
