I got up early to make waffles. I tried mixing the batter in my blender this time, as I heard it works pretty well. They turned out pretty good, plus they didn't overflow the waffle iron this time.

Eugene, a late 1970s-1980s Hotpoint with coil burners and those are decorative burner covers.

Correct, specifically it's from 1985.
