Wow Austin, that is a wonderful collection of photo's! You sure were busy taking all of those! Many, many thanks for capturing those moments! I also loved that '63 Hotpoint and the '66 Kelvy. I spent PLENTY of time last March playing with those. Amazing how aggresive that Hotpoint is with that plain looking straight-vane agitator!

The pictures are excellent-like being there!!Esp like the shots of that vanilla Norge.when I saw those pictures of it doing the wash and deep rinse modes-was just like watching my Moms as a little kid.Asked her about that machine-said was the first automatic she had.Hers was white.But it sure did have that shiny lint dish and the big "Burpilator" agitator.Would love to have one of those machines.She also commented it did a good job of cleaning.And one of the pictures of the "fat-Roto-Swirl" was like what my grandmothers washer had.The machine was still in use in the 70's the last time I visited her.My Uncle lives in her house now-wish a happy fate for that old Kenmore.another one I liked to watch as a child.anyway-enjoyed seeing the pictures of the machines and the folks using them!! thnx for the great coverage!!
