Hi all, I just brought home a vintage A606s center dial Maytag sudsaver . It has a console that’s pretty beat up . I’d like to transplant it with a console that would have been on an A806s or similar. I am planning on having a switch on the back to turn on the light . I’m gonna go with a short T8 retrofit led tube that doesn’t require a ballast . All I need is a console (front piece ) . Any pointers before I do this ? Also looking for a console if I could buy one off someone that would be awesome . It seems that lighted consoles are impossible to find in Ontario
