That's a damned fair starting price....
so many people are starting at 5-600 bucks and up for asking prices lately.... so if it works, I think 150 is not terrible at all for this.

I posted the same fridge, but it's a left-hinged model and it has a drawer-compartment on the top shelf. The Portland fridge looks cleaner, possibly.

Phil, they are similar but not exactly the same. The one you posted is a 13 cu-ft model, the one in this thread is a 15 cu-ft. You can tell by the taller refrigerator door. Inside the 15 cu-ft model also has the "Picture Window" hydrator and egg drawers instead of egg trays in the door.

More of a hassle, but always thought it would be fun to change out appliances every six months to a year, just to enjoy a change of scenery.

I guess that sounds better than, "Works fine. You just have to shut it off once a week to let the frost melt."
I'm pretty sure the missing drawer would be for meats.
I wonder if the "timer" issue is similar to the problem Robert and Fred were having with their fridge -- it might not be the timer at all.
The Portland fridge ad doesn't say whether it's working or not. At least the KC seller is being honest about the issues that fridge has. It's a toss up over which is the better deal, but usually the door swing is the deciding factor.

The missing drawer is the one for meats indeed. In this model, it's made of plastic and sitting on the top shelf. It's often missing because the top shelf is the only one that could accommodate taller items.
