Corning Range Parts Needed
I hate to grave-dig on an initial post, but I'm signing up for the explicit reason to look for parts to a Corning Glass Wards range that a customer of mine owns.
The make, produce name and model number are as he states:
Montgomery Wards Signature Range
Model: KTM-4384-00 Lot A
It seems that a visitor managed to crack the front-right quadrant Corning glass-ceramic overlay; at least, from what I can tell, this model has four single overlays on top of the burners. I would appreciate any confirmation on this, as the range is across the continent from my workshoppe.
Hw claims that he requires 'Right-Front Burner, Part # 5303912577', however one of my venbdors states that this is the oven glass window, and not the Corning glass top or overlay.
Here are photos of his range:

My questions:
Are the four panels separate, or one sheet?
Does anyone have the glass portion that he needs, who would like to sell it?
Is there a good source for this material elsewhere?
Is there a standard burner beneath them that he can use, if the glass is not available?
I could also use a parts diagram or repair manual for this appliance, if anyone has one, or a general parts list to help him track down the part.
To be honest, I normally do radios, televisions, computer/video game and other electronics restorations, so this is not in my normal sphere of knowledge. I would not ordinarily handle this kind of repair, except that this gent has been a customer of mine for fifteen years, so I am trying to track this down via my suppliers out of appreciation for that.
Any information that would make his dreams of repairing it come true would be appreciated.
