The Cuisinart CFP5A looks remarkably much like the Magimix 2000. I guess the design is from Robot Coupe. For the latter are still parts available through this british website:

Magimix source has delivery choices for UK, Channel Isles & Isle of Man, and Ireland. And "Rest of World -- Sorry We do not deliver to Rest of world."
I advised her of Goodman's, eBay (which had also come to my mind), and Amazon.

Sorry Glenn, I didn't look that far. One would think in this day and age they would deliver further than only the UK and Ireland.
