What just exploded on the cooktop? The warped elements look like they have been used on HIGH with no utensils for space heating. The poor thing screams Sunray or worse, if there is anything worse.

I am wondering if this is a prank, as if criminal-type people are taking pictures of junk and posting it for sale on Craig's List, like those sexual predators looking for victims.

I thought the elements were just sitting off their attachments, but you're right , now that I look at it closer. Jeesh!
