I mentioned this in another thread and have already had requests for the recipe. Very simple, but delicious; custard on the bottom.
I use Hy-Vee brand cake mix as it's the only one that's still 18.25 ounces. If you're using one of the downsized mixes, add 1/3 cup of flour and a scant 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
