when i talk a about front load i am talking about the rca combo washer dryer Westinghouse front load and belt drive i am talking about the classic top load washers @combo52

Well not all classic top load washers are belt-drive, some are direct drive such as Easy, General Electric, Frigidaire and later on Whirlpool so why not say classic top loaders and front loaders and don't mention belts?

I put in other because it really depends. As what neptunebob pointed out, there's likely not very much machines left out there today and there's also likely not very much parts left to even restore one completely. Also, in today's world, I'm sure most consumers aren't interested in one when you take a look at the demand they'd wand to have in a washer. Wifi, capacity, noise, etc. But that doesn't mean they should just die down completely. I'm sure there's still a ton who'd prefer to buy a old machine. Even I'd love to have a old top loader as my secondary set but not if I can't find parts for it anymore, that's one of the reasons why I'm picky when it comes to buying a used machine. I just recently got a brand new set for the hunting cabin and as much as I didn't wanted to see the old set go, it was time for a change.
