Can a propane be converted to gas easily or to electric?

Surely I would want this to stay a GAS model & conversion to Nat. Gas would be more easier (and congruent to its labeling) & there'd be a lot less reconfiguring & renovating the mechanics, to convert it as, as opposed to having to re-do the innards just to make it electric...!

I've never heard of converting a gas to electric, but someone has probably attempted it, then just drank the rest of the wine cellar. LOL.
