This week's film is a little different than the others, it's a corporate piece commissioned by Maytag that emphasizes the importance of employee relations, fair pay, and being a good steward for the community, and it does so through Eddie and his lemonade stand. It's pretty light on appliance talk (which is why it's hosted from my other channel), but there are some scenes from Maytag's Plant #2 of presses in operation and finished automatics on the merry-go-round. Overall, it's still an important part of appliance history, and a facet that probably isn't discussed much.
