Oven looks 70's era.  The front of the dishwasher does look to be in very nice shape.  Can't go too terribly wrong for $50.

Whats the knob on the upper right? Cant make out the wording.

Rinse Glo. At this time, GE rinse agent dispensers hand to be manually cocked in order for the timer to trip the dispenser. I don't know why since other DWs could do it electrically. Maybe the dispenser, like the detergent dispenser was activated mechanically by the timer cam.

Eichler homes are iconic...

especially for the Californians who couldn't afford a Neutra.
Even more popularly priced were those of William Krisel, a particular hero of ours, who designed wonderful modernist homes for the average guy, and who is still alive!! (at least last I knew).
