Druid Hills

Is one of the most affluent parts of Atlanta. Emory University and the CDC are there among others. Place was laid out as a planned community by Mr. Olmstead of New York's Central Park fame.

Nothing in the auction pictures really moved me. Did spy an Eastern Airlines pilot uniform. Atlanta was one of that airline's major hubs IIRC.

While the house is interesting would have loved to see some 1920's laundry equipment. *LOL*

Some really nice pieces of Tramp Art.

My guess is a Retired Pilot from Eastern Airlines that was a "Confirmed Bachelor".

To me it appears to be a very Masculine household and no women present at all.
