Am on the hunt for bags to fit my vintage Eureka "Whisk" hand held vacuum. Damn thing weighs about the same as a small child, and is built for the duration, so intend on keeping it going. Thing is pretty minty, really hardly used, but as the Samsung cordless hand held is giving me troubles, it is being phased out for the Eureka.

Ssssssssoooooooo, if any of you kind hearted persons can point moi towards these bags or come across any, I would be much obliged.

TIA

Checked

Laundress, I checked with Tom at the local vac place here in Festus and he said those bags haven't been made for about 15-20 years. He does have 2 packages of them but wouldn't sell them due to he displays them with his collection. sorry i couldn't help.

Thanks Guys!

Knew the group would come through for me with information.

Will look out for "W" bags at local vacuum stores, but they don't seem to be the right type. Have on spare, so have time to think up a solution. Am also contacting old Eureka vaccum store listings to see if anyone has NOS.

Now for what you've been waiting for:

Mmmmm, that vac's quite a looker! Somewhere in storage I have a very similar one badged by Monkey Wards, but I can't recall if it is exactly the same. Certainly mine isn't that lovely two-tone blue.

beautiful machine!

Wow, that is fantastic Launderess. But why weren't you doing the Vanna thing and showing off this beauty? hmmmmmm?
