There is a product called Quinoa Chips made by a company called Simply 7. I like the flavors Sea Salt and Barbeque. The Sea Salt chips are super with smoked salmon and a little onion. What I discovered this morning was how delicious the Sea Salt flavor of these baked chips is with hummus and a bit of kimchi. It is a blessing what delicious treats are available without containing wheat through the benevolent advances of modern technology.
