I delivered a used set of askos today. I told the lady I would take away her old stacker. Imagine my surprise when it turned out to be a Frigidaire Skinny-mini. As my eyes ajdusted to the dim light I saw it was a Fraudgidaire by WCI. ugh.
Its funny that they kept the Frigidaire "Sorting Fingers" in the dryer but put that junk kine washer under it.

I shoulda jus' stopped at Maui Scrap Metal on the way back to the shop, but may play with it a bit before I kill it.

Oh man, don't do that!!!

I have to admit that WCI Skinni-Minis are cool..especially the recirculating filter/"angel-wing" agitator-equipped models! I used one with an "angel-wing" agitator and while it had a slower stroke than Robert's Wizard, it was still quite fun!

Its major bad shape

Oooh, Austin this thing is bad ugly. My customer says the motor don't work. It looks like it had water in the tub that just finally evaporated. I don't think I'll be doing much with it...

YUK! Krusher food!

If it worked then that's another story, but forget it! Believe it or not, I found a white/gold GM Skinni-Mini in my town in really good shape, but it wasn't for sale! I thought it was WCI at first, but I opened the lid and there was the infamous Agi-Tub! I was pretty much hysterical! Sure wish I had it, but people here are cheap :(

Maybe I'll find another one...from looking at the washer's mechanism, there's not much that could go wrong with it!

there are some here too

I did see a GM Skinny Mini sitting outside of Ka Lima O Maui (the hands of Maui- a thrift store). It was before I opened the shop and I had no where to go with it. I suspect with the myriad of Condos built here in the '70's, there still may be a few GM Skinny Minis still chugging along on this rock.(we all live in hope...) I have myself now positioned to find them.
