I have several versions of the Farberware Convection Ovens that were made in the 80's & 90's and use them quite often. They cook the food wonderfully, and use a lot less electricity than my big conventional oven. The ovens are great for heating a small quantity and the convection part cooks the food better(they even fit 2 9x13 pans).
Anyone have one of these ovens? Any comments? Experiences?

BTW...If anyone has the Model#467(digital) and has the instruction manual, I would be willing to pay for a photocopy of the book. I have that oven but no manual for the digital display(and I believe that is the only one with an interior light).

Thank GAWD no SNOW in CT today!

Farberware manual

Salton, who owns Farberware now, has sent me photocopies of owners manuals in the past for no charge.
