Yes, that's the TOL GE, but I'm wondering if this is the Spotscrubber model like today's POD.

I would say this is a WWA8600 extra large capacity washer with spotscrubber and mini wash. Hard to confirm without a full view of the panel, but I'm pretty certain of the model. The dryer though, hmmm, the panel appears to be the matching DDE9200 (electronic) or DDE8200 (sensor) dryer except it is missing the badge and nicer handle on the door. Maybe the door was replaced at some point, but that seems not likely. Hard to say.
These were introduced in 1985 and offered through at least 1990.
