Finally Some Spare Time for New Ephemera

Hi everyone, it's been a couple of months since I've had much spare time with work being so busy, but this weekend I was finally able to prepare some new brochures for the Ephemera Library. It's been the longest I've ever gone without being able to load some new things into the library.

Robert, as far as I'm concerned, there's no need for an apology. We're all being pulled in so many different directions or just dealing with daily life.

I'm excited to peruse the GE washer, given that machine was what my paternal grandmother owned that I saw once or twice from very afar when her garage door was open. A long time ago, a discussion about washers with my dad, confirmed this was the GE model she had as he informed me this wash spun as fast as Frigidaire washer "but didn't tangle and sent the load into a rope." Even with my vision, the sight of the washer and its unique style left a lasting impression. (Just like me realizing the dishwasher some friends of my parents had in their kitchen (around 1958 or so) was a Frigidaire because all I remember about it was the glowing little orange light that shine from the start button when it was on and right at my face level for me to see)

I’m almost ashamed to say that the GE bug has hit strong as of late - the ways of Maytag and prestige of GM Frigidaire are still missing that something extra GE has. Is it PROGRESS?

Thanks for creating and maintaining this fantastic archive.

While we are on the subject, I would vote for larger thumbnails. It seems like I always want a closer look when I'm thinking about buying something.
