Just wanted to let everyone know, I just posted a good to have service manual on working on the "Sealed-Type" washer/dishwasher Thor mechanism...
In May 1949, Thor introduced its sealed type mechanism in the Model 222 Spinner Washer, starting with serial number 347420, and also made the sealed unit available for replacement purposes on previous models (200, 222 and 250). This mechanism is the result of years of research and exhaustive laboratory tests ... all of which have proven very satisfactory in every respect through practical experience of thousands of Thor sealed mechanisms in home use. Simple in design, yet fundamentally rugged, the Thor sealed mechanism requires little service. However, where moving parts are present, there is always the possibility of a mechanical failure ... but where service is needed, repairs or adjustments are simple and the mechanism is readily accessible.
